The ladies from the front desk are very nice, polite, and courteous to the nurses that take you to the back to take your blood pressure, who assist you in case you might fall. And then finally, when I saw Emily, I mean, she was very encouraging and motivative. I was at ease and I felt good being there. So there's nothing to change. They just need to stay who they are and keep being the beautiful people.
