Dr. Carolyn Smallwood received her bachelor’s degree from Toccoa Falls College in Toccoa, Ga., and her master’s degree in public health from A.T. Still University in Kirksville, Miss. She obtained her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Suwanee, Ga. Dr. Smallwood completed her residency at Southern Family Medicine in Pueblo, Colo.
Dr. Smallwood is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice and the American Osteopathic Association. She is a diplomat of the American Board of Family Medicine.

My visit was great no concerns except that the MA she did wash her hands with the sanitizer but then used a paper towel to wipe it off her hands because it put out too much Sanitizer in her hand. Probably need to look at the dispensers so that less comes out when they need it.
