Appointments and Cancellations
To schedule an appointment please call our appointment line at (770) 420-1690 and press option 1. Our phones are open from 8:00 to 4:30 Monday through Thursday and 8:00 to 2:30 on Friday.
We request a 24-hour cancellation notice. All new patients must confirm appointment by 1:00 PM the day before your appointment, or it will be canceled. All new patients, please have patient paper work completed prior to your appointment or your appointment may have to be rescheduled.

For current patients only. If you need an urgent prescription refill please have your pharmacy submit electronically. Otherwise all prescriptions should be filled at appointments. Urgent prescriptions will be filled within 72 hours.
