Everything was good except the lab which not really tied to department. Was given my lab work and told to go next door to the lab. Only one guy working who was rude and said he was going to lunch and pointed to a sheet of addresses of other wellstar labs. Had to then drive to kennestone hospital to get labs - extra hour out of my day.

The lab needs attention. There is always a very long line and it moves very slowly. The phlebotomists either need more training, or they need to be replaced. This is the only negative feedback I have about this office; assuming the lab issues can be solved, this would be perfect. Dr. Whittier and the staff are excellent, just the lab is incredibly disappointing.
