Very professional environment

I waited for 15 minutes once I arrived to get checked in and no one came to the desk. Then I waited 45 minutes before I went to the back to see the Dr. then I waited another 10 minutes before she came in and she spent maybe 10 minutes with me. Ridiculous

Since day one there is ALWAYS a long, long wait from arrival until you see the Dr, usually 40-60 minutes. This is actually very disrespectful of our time. Please start doing better.

I was given a lab request and told to hand it to the lab person. It was labs that needed to be sent out. The lab tech took the order and said UPS did not pick up yesterday and if she were me she would take the order to another location in case UPS did not show up again otherwise I'd have to redo the blood draw. I would think this would be a simple call to UPS to ensure pick up. She said it was not her normal Location etc. I said the doctor requested it and told me to go to the lab so here I am I don't know about UPS pick Ups etc. Not a good look to patients having labs done to tell them if May or may not actually happen. I found this super unprofessional and if there was a UPS issue FOR SURE then tell patients ho elsewhere not that you don't know.

Everyone was attentive and listened to me. They are a model group and Dr. Whittier thank you for listening and informing me about my health. You are heaven sent.

Everything went smoothly until it was time to get lab work done. At that point, it was a mess. I waited almost 90 minutes to get blood drawn. The technician told me there was no way to make an appt., that everyone just had to "sign in at the kiosk and wait." How absurd. I had no idea how many people were ahead of me and how long I would have to wait. My time is just as valuable as the Dr.'s staff.
