I had been with Dr. Kelly Weselman for over 15 years, she decided to retire and I was a little apprehensive about finding another rheumatologist that I could trust but now I have found a new wonderful doctor named Dr. Ross. She was so wonderful making me feel great with my choice of her, very friendly and caring along with her medical history and training, I have found a doctor for a lifetime and I couldn't be more pleased

Staff was welcoming. Nursing staff introduced themselves, professionally dressed and used hand sanitizer as well as MD. Lab is also conveniently able for practice.

I've been explaining my symptoms once again , Dr sent me to perform new X-rays , asked me what pain medication I want ; if I am a Doctor or should know what's the best for my condition; she doesn't want to give me a diagnosis and treatment because she doesn't know what's the chronic inflammation comes from ; the labs show numbers , but she is not sure , so what's next ? Time ? While the illness is progressing? I don't understand. Very disappointed as I was being treated.

This is the second time I have seen this provider. She had really long fake nails that quite frankly look dirty and unprofessional. She also appears to have no medical knowledge of my autoimmune disorder, she asked me how it was feeling when I gave her some symptoms that are definitely related to my actual. She told me maybe I should go to an urgent care... I'm always very confused by her responses if she weren't pregnant, I would assume she was hung over her hair is always very greasy and she looks like she woke up from a tough night out

I believe the wrong billing code was used for my visit. My visit was not as long or complex as the code used. I spoke with the billing person and she said they only use one billing code for all new patients no matter their situation or length of visit. That's wrong and I am being overcharged.
