Customer Rep was not user ftiendly and turned her head from me to intentionally ignore me. I was trying to ensure the correct insurance was being billed. I asked her to look at my referral in system. The other personnel up front was professional and took care it.

I was very impressed, very impressed with people's personalities, how they spoke to you and I'm in a kind of precarious situation not knowing what's wrong with me right now, but I felt very, very cared for.
