Emergency Medicine at Wellstar
Trained to address major life-threatening illnesses and injuries as well as minor emergencies like broken bones, cuts and concussions, Wellstar’s emergency team evaluates patients to determine the severity of their current illness and symptoms to get you treatment as soon as possible.
Wellstar medical and surgical specialists are on call for consultation by emergency department physicians, if needed, to aid in determining a plan of care for the patient while the patient is in the emergency room.
