Sarah Gravel, DNP, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner providing patient-centered primary care for patients ages 16 and older at Wellstar Primary Care in LaGrange, Georgia. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Emory University, her Master of Science in Nursing from Troy University, and her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Duke University.

Sarah provides comprehensive care for a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions, with clinical interests in women’s health and minor procedures, including incision and drainage removal. She is passionate about helping patients better understand their health and empowering them to take an active role in their care.

Olumide Ajayi, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician providing primary care for patients ages 16 and older in LaGrange and Pine Mountain, Georgia. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Ottawa and his medical degree from the American University of Antigua College of Medicine. He completed his residency training in family medicine at Altru Health System.

Dr. Ajayi provides comprehensive primary care focused on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and treatment for acute illnesses. He is experienced in all aspects of family medicine and takes time to listen carefully to each patient’s concerns while developing treatment plans that support their health, recovery, and lifestyle needs.

Patsey Pinkard, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner providing patient-centered primary care for patients ages 16 and older at Wellstar Primary Care in LaGrange, Georgia. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Chamberlain University.

Patsey provides comprehensive care for a variety of acute and chronic health conditions, including urinary tract infections, acne, hypertension, and anxiety. She also offers preventive services such as annual physicals, wellness visits, and prescription management focused on supporting long-term health and wellness.

Known for her thorough and compassionate approach, Patsey takes time to carefully evaluate each patient’s concerns and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs. Tiffany Cawthon, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner providing patient-centered primary care for patients ages 16 and older in LaGrange, Georgia. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Frontier Nursing University.

Tiffany is dedicated to delivering compassionate, individualized care focused on prevention, wellness, and the management of acute and chronic health conditions. She works closely with patients to understand their unique health concerns and develop personalized care plans that support long-term health and overall well-being.

Elizabeth Chidumebi Nnakwue, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician who provides comprehensive primary care for adults age 18 and older. She is currently accepting new patients and is committed to helping individuals achieve their best health through preventive care, patient education, and personalized treatment plans.

Dr. Nnakwue earned her medical degree from the University of Ibadan College of Medicine in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. She completed her residency in internal medicine at Grady Memorial Hospital through Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. She is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a member of the American College of Physicians.

Dr. Nnakwue provides care for a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, with a special focus on diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, and obesity. She believes a strong patient-provider relationship is the foundation of excellent care and takes the time to listen, understand each patient's unique needs, and provide evidence-based guidance that supports long-term health and wellness.

Outside of work, Dr. Nnakwue enjoys hiking, traveling to new places, trying new cuisines, and spending time with her family.
