Everyone in the office from the front staff to the checkout desk was polite, friendly, and welcoming. Patsey is a great provider who shows would definitely recommend this practice and provider to my friends and family.

I've had the most great experience with Patsey. She has taken care of me from the moment that she saw me. Today, it was a little different because the staff in the front almost missed my appointment. And I had gotten here on time. And she lied and said my appointment was supposed to be 11:30, but my appointment was supposed to be 11:45. And she was rude. And she, whoever she is, that's sitting at the front desk, it's the black girl. And she, I don't know who she is, but I do not appreciate the way she treated me. But after I got into the office, everybody in the back was awesome. Thank you for allowing me to give my, I don't know, testimony, if you want to call it. Thank you so much.

I love my Provider, she's always took time to explain everything, she helps with any complaints. Just all around great. They are like family.

Ms. Pinkard offers suggestions of different plans for my health and discusses the pros and cons so we can make better informed decisions. She and her staff have a real hands on approach. None of the staff shy away from the harsher realities of healthcare. But, again, the best plan of action is always discussed. Would I recommend this wonderful office of dedicated healthcare workers, indeed I would.
