Tameka Byrd, D.O., is a highly trained and compassionate physician specializing in general medicine. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, Virginia, following a Master of Public Health from the University of South Carolina. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Houston Healthcare in Warner Robins, Georgia.

Dr. Byrd is an active member of several prestigious organizations, including the American Osteopathic Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians, and the Medical Association of Georgia.

Dr. Byrd provides comprehensive care for patients aged 16 and older, with services including annual physicals, Medicare wellness exams, and personalized treatment plans. Dr. Byrd has a particular focus on women’s health, sleep disorders, weight management, and the management of chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension. She is dedicated to empowering her patients to achieve their health goals and improve their quality of life.
