The call started 15 minutes after my appointment time. If a physician is running behind, it would be helpful to let patients know. We expect video visits to start on time, and waiting for a call without an update can feel just like sitting in an exam room for well over your appointment time waiting for the doctor. The patient's time is equally as important.

I won't say that I love coming to the doctor, but she makes it a lot more pleasant and she always listens as long as I have to talk. And lately I'm 85, so I have a lot to say. There's a lot wrong. She listens and never acts impatient and gives me the answers clearly so I can understand what I need to do on my end. I really almost enjoy coming to the doctor to see her. Okay. I really love her as a doctor. So that's all I got to say.
