The Doctor didn't educate me about what I might be experiencing she made me feel uncomfortable when I did a vaginal swab on myself. Overall the appointment felt rushed and I didn't get a chance to ask all of my questions. She didn't say she wanted to see me again or anything. I would never go back to this location.

Dr. Osara is an incredible physician. She provides comprehensive care and has amazing bedside manner. My family and I go to her and we will keep her no matter the distance. Thank you Wellstar for having such outstanding providers. Also check in was a great process. The medical assistant that assisted me and did my labs did a phenomenal job as well. Thank you!

Dr. Osara and her staff treated me exceptionally well today. I felt extremely comfortable talking with her and felt that she listened to what I shared with her. I am very pleased with the care I received today and in the past with this facility. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a capable and caring healthcare provider.

Dr. Osara has been a very thorough, knowledgeable, and caring doctor. Dr. Osara has actually looked at some of the medications that I had been assigned by a previous doctor and through her knowledge and research has actually brought to light products or I should say medications that are probably more helpful, maybe a little more technologically advanced, as well as really cut back on the side effects. So I really appreciate her care. I really appreciate her approach to healthcare and she has made it a point every time I come in the office to see how I'm doing and offer her professional opinion on improvements.

Washing hands question was confusing. They could have done this prior to entering the room or I could've not noticed. No option to day I don't know or don't remember. Everyone I saw was professional.

Either the support staff needs additional training or the equipment needs to be fixed for getting proper blood pressure results. My blood pressure was taken several times and the results were too high and too low from my normal highs and lows.

I have no idea if they washed their hands.. The office staff was happy and friendly, unlike the doctor's office I transferred from. Very important. They do a better job if they like their jobs. The doctor took her time , and LISTENED to me.
