The staff was very polite and helpful and extremely courteous towards the patient and helpful, and the nurse who took my information and my vital signs was very efficient and very polite and pleasant and overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be back my whole family trust this practice and we all go to this practice with good results .

Kindal DeLay is the best physician in the state of Georgia, but the front office and all the people that are in, you know, like the billing and stuff needs to improve because they get consistent calls and inconsistent, I guess you would say, refunds and stuff like that. But other than that, the company is great. Everything's great. I appreciate everything. He is a 10 out of a 10. DeLay is amazing. Thank you.

The visit went well, but the follow-up in regards to the prescription is a concern because I'm having issues getting approved by my healthcare, by my medical provider through my job. But I've been trying to reach someone at the office and no one's answering the call or returning any messages. So that's extremely frustrating because I left a detailed message regarding the coverage and wanted to speak to someone about that at the medical office, but no one's calling back. So that's frustrating. Thank you.

The lady at the front desk was great and had such a kind attitude! Kinney's nurse, Kim is always such a pleasure to be around. She is thorough and yet thoughtful, which is rare. Kinney is exceptional. He is knowledgeable, kind, thorough, and goes the extra mile when an issue needs to be researched. Excellent PA!
