Kindal DeLay has been my physician for many years and I came to WELLSTAR because of him. He is great and very happy with him. Obviously this not apply to everyone in the front office, just the ones I had interaction with... have been to the WELLSTAR office twice and have had a lot of bad interactions about prescriptions, appointments and even getting a blood test. At Internal Medicine everything worked like clockwork at WELLSTAR front office and nurses not so well. Nothing shows lack of professionalism like having to interrupt the front office personal conversations to get their attention.
