My experience was good, however I'm having a hard time getting my prescriptions filled. Either Mr. Delay isn't getting the information or someone is dropping the ball. I've been waiting for more than a week now for a prescription from Claxton Hobbs Pharmacy.

All the automated call and text are unnecessary. My appointment was canceled for reason unknown to me. I had to call which took too much time to get to the right person to get it resolved. The automated phone system is trash, when I need to call I want to just call the office I use.

I didn't know the office had moved to a new location even though I was contacted 3 times about confirming my appointment but was never told the office had moved though I was 15 minutes early I ended up be 20 minutes late to the new location because I didn't know where it was and was called a no show but the reception lady contacted someone and got me in .
