Kindal DeLay is the best physician in the state of Georgia, but the front office and all the people that are in, you know, like the billing and stuff needs to improve because they get consistent calls and inconsistent, I guess you would say, refunds and stuff like that. But other than that, the company is great. Everything's great. I appreciate everything. He is a 10 out of a 10. DeLay is amazing. Thank you.

The visit went well, but the follow-up in regards to the prescription is a concern because I'm having issues getting approved by my healthcare, by my medical provider through my job. But I've been trying to reach someone at the office and no one's answering the call or returning any messages. So that's extremely frustrating because I left a detailed message regarding the coverage and wanted to speak to someone about that at the medical office, but no one's calling back. So that's frustrating. Thank you.

The nurse does not listen and is always in a hurry. I do not trust her to take my blood! I only have one arm that blood can be taken out of and she does not pay attention or listen!
