Adult Volunteer Program at Wellstar Kennestone
Adult Volunteers
Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer at Wellstar Kennestone Regional Medical Center. There is a minimum commitment of six months or 100 hours of service required for all Adult Volunteers (those age 18 or older). If you are able to meet this commitment, please follow the process outlined below to become a volunteer.Becoming a Wellstar Volunteer
- Complete the online application.
- Provide current immunization record:
- Birthdate prior to 1957: No immunization records required
- Birthdate of 1957 or after: Applicants born after 1957 must include immunization records for Measles, mumps, rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox) and Tdap. If you do not have access to your immunization records, you can request a blood titer for MMR and Varicella through your primary care physician or walk in lab clinics. You may also contact a local urgent care to inquire if they offer blood titers.
