Dr Malik and his team is the best, they listen carefully, patiently explain what's going on, and move things very quickly. The most efficient team I have ever seen. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs to work with an oncologist.

My only negative is that they still the glass barrier to the reception area. This is a problem because it is difficult to hear what the staff member is saying. The only opening is a small hole that you need to bend over to access and not very convenient when staff needs to attach your wrist band. It would be nice if you could open the space in front of receptionist or at least add a second hole that is the average "face" height.

The entire staff was phenomenal! The receptionist is so welcoming and the nurses were so caring and funny and it made me forget that I was getting stuck with a needle. My doctor was awesome! I walked away feeling so good about our plan of action. It was so good that I immediately texted my Dad to tell him. Thank you for the chance to let everyone know what a fantastic practice this is.

The entire staff from the front desk, MA, nurses, lab, and doctor were all so professional. The front desk staff even gave my mother a hug when she noticed that she was having a hard time. The lab technician knew my mom was scared of needles and was so gentle and talked her through the entire process. It is VERY unique to see that level of compassion and care. Highly recommended Dr Malik and his staff.

Feel great about moving forward with his plan. Nurse Bahar ensured me to reach out to her for anything. As I was leaving, they all spoke with me casually like old friends. Just a solid caring practice. I hope you never need an Oncologist, but if you do....I highly recommend this practice!
