I would say the bedside manner has been excellent. Response from the staff, it's been timely. When you call in, they've gotten back to me in a reasonable amount of time. I'm not the only patient. I'm not the only one out there that has an issue, an oncology issue. So, no, they've been good. They've been very helpful, very empathetic and all that. So you can't ask for anything more than that. And hey, bottom line is it appears to be working. So you can't ask for any more than that. We're getting great care. And thank God I have Medicare and Tricare. That's it. Thank you for all they do. Bye-bye.

The staff was very helpful, caring and friendly. Dr. Malik explained things well. I was referred by a different doctor and I felt like I got a "so why are you here" "that's it???". I was following one doctor's referral to then feel like I didn't need to be here. I don't have that knowledge, look at my history and the other doctor's notes. The appointment was not cheap and I left feeling weird. The nurses and everyone else was amazing and made me feel very comfortable.

I paid $875 for a simple office visit with nothing done at all. No blood drawn, but I was told that the test I went there to get would cost $70,000. I will happily die before I allow anyone to pay this insane fee. I checked when I got home and this test can be performed by going direct to Quest for as little as $200. The blood test is called a flow cytometry test. The system is beyond broken and I will never set foot in your facility again even though I've satisfied my OOP max and the test would be free to me. No way I will I be used by this facility to extract $70K from any insurance company. The medical system is pure evil
