So I am trying to have pain management at this clinic I do not have a problem with Dr Sun I have a problem with scheduling. If you're trying to manage my pain knowing what the problems I'm going through how do you make a patient wait 2-3 months to get their problems treated.

Dr. Sun is a wonderful doctor. I just wish my insurance would pay for his care. I've been to a lot of different ones and I haven't got the help that he has tried to give me. I appreciate everything he's done. He has helped with my pain better than any doctor I've been to.

Dr Sun was excellent. But I had to wait over 25 minutes to check out. There was only one lady to do checkout. She took so long to check in the person she was with, I have my doubts whether or not she was just chit chatting with him. I stood by the door hoping she'd get the point. It pains me to stand, so I finally sat down as soon as she was done I got up and another member of staff went in, when she was the only one serving patients. They took another 10 minutes. When I said I just want to check out and go home, she said "I thought you were checking in, I didn't know". How could she, she saw me but never asked!? Then still with staff member who had come in from outside the pain clinic, she asked if she could mail me my appointment. I said no! She had no idea of my schedule and I wanted to make sure the appointment fitted for me, otherwise it would have taken days for me to get the letter and if I would have needed to call and change it, it would have probably delayed it another month! Because that is how MCG scheduling has been working lately. God forbid if you're dying, you'd probably die before you could get an appointment with any one and you can no longer make appointments with physicians...only with PA's!!!

The only problem is with your computer program. I have two 'types' of insurance: personal and workers compensation. Every time I go, one insurance bumps the other out of the system. Check in personnel are getting it down; they are required to enter the entire information as if I am a new patient. Extreme since I have been a patient here for over 20 years.

Ms. Florence is ALWAYS a pleasure to work with. She has the best attitude and is a definite plus to this office's staff. No complaints with any of the doctors or nurses. Dr. Sun has an accent that makes me concentrate to understand him, but he seems perfectly competent in his profession. Nurses are all very sweet and helpful. Thanks for this. Its a nice change from other Dr's offices I visit.
