This was the second time that I have seen Dr. Sun. He is always very polite, and so were all of his staff. He gives thorough explanations of everything, but I did struggle to understand a lot of it due to his accent. Perhaps this is something that will get easier over time, and I will just have to speak up.

Dr. Sun (spelled wrong) and his assistants are the greatest! I feel confident that they listen and hear what I say about my symptoms and it is easy to get to staff with questions between appointments. I leave their office feeling good about my future. Sometimes the constant pain and inability to use my hands puts me in a undesirable mood and they always manage to give me hope. Thank you so very much.

I really like this practice. Your billing, I don't quite understand. I've had runarounds with them because you charge me one fee, my co-pay fee, and then I get hit with another co-pay. But the thing that's irritating me right now is the time of night you've called me with a survey. You're interrupting my evening. I'm in the middle of trying to cook dinner. It's not a good time. From now on, when you call with surveys, maybe it might be a little bit more beneficial to call during business hours. Thank you. Have a good evening.
