You did really well, but my thing was they call you down for a shot, but yet still it's in an appointment to see how you did on your last shot. Then they bring you back for the shot you supposed to be getting. I think that should just be one visit and not two. That's the only problem I have with it.

I definitely need to work on the front end staff. There's a lot of, that's not my job, wait until the other person is available. People were late getting back from lunch. There was a huge presence of other people in the waiting room that it all backed up because they were late getting back from lunch and My procedure was supposed to start at 1 o'clock and I didn't get back into my procedure until about 2:30. That's nothing to do with the nurses, technicians, and doctors. They're all great. But the front end staff is a bit rude. There's a TV in the waiting room and they just handed their remote to somebody that put on

When it comes to my health I feel that it's very important to me at this stage in my life Im not oppose to the resident Doctors because they need training. I have had two bad episodes on the table that was not fulfilling to me and that I do not want to experience again. I prefer just working with my doctor on my body alone. Thank you.

The issue I'm having the billing process. I'm billed for the clinic and billed because the clinic is in the hospital. I'm unemployed and can't afford the billing for my treatment .
