He listens to you, the staff listens to you, and they're really concerned about your health care and overall health-being. Yes, the doctors and nurses and the associates in the back was really wonderful. But the lady that signed me in, she actually put all my information and insurance cards on another person's file on the computer. I had to call them yesterday and tell them they needed to get my stuff off of this other person's record on the computer. If they can't do the job in the office signing you in, they need to put somebody in the office doing the job. She took my Medicaid card, my Medicare card, my UnitedHealth card, and she put it on another woman's account on the computer.

The experience that I had at Wellstar on 05/22/26 was great and I felt very comfortable and at ease when the procedure was completed. The entire staff was great!!! My wife and I were truly great full for the professionalism that the provider and his staff showed. I thank everyone for the smooth and trusted experience when it came to my back procedure. During the procedure several students and others were allowed to come in and observe the procedure I was never asked if that was okay and it was not! Considering the area of treatment (my tailbone) I did not wish for unnecessary persons in the room. I should have been asked first! This I consider a violation of my privacy and not okay!

The wait time was an hour, maybe 40 minutes from check-in to getting in the back of the clinic to get the visit. The wait time was extremely long. I mean, we have to be there at least 15 minutes prior to time for our appointment, and then we still have to wait a half an hour, 40 minutes before we get to the back to be in the back for a good 10 minutes. I think that is just ridiculous. Thank you.

It took too long, 4 months, to get the appointment. It was supposed to be for 2 locations but "insurance" wouldn't allow it. Now I have to start all over again (4 months??) to get the other location epidural booked. Someone didn't read the doctors summation and referral properly
