I would have liked to have some literature on the procedure. I was asked to bring a responsible adult for an injection with local anesthesia. Which was unnecessary my husband was so upset having to get out of bed so early. I was asked to be there no later than 7: 30 my appointment was not until 8 am was not seen by clerk until after 8am. What was the purpose of demanding that I be there way before my appointment and the get checked in after appointment time.

The check in was quick and very easy. The check out needs work. They had one person doing the check in and for patients to check out. Wait was long, more than 10mins. Then told you can leave and we will contact you. Which did not happen. Check out should be much better.

I was supposed to be scheduled for a follow-up appointment; however, the person who was supposed to schedule was gone- her office area was closed and dark. I have no follow up appointment.

Dr. Sun listens carefully and is very much approachable if I had a concern or need concerning my pain before my surgery, he would contact me back about the issue. The surgery was a success, before the surgery I had suffered for 20 years, with no relief. At the present I can say, I'm not on a heating pad or pain patches or rubs, and I am very grateful. Dr. Sun and his team, I thank you all for your professionalism, kindness and dedication to your patients. Continued blessings to you all!
