It took too long, 4 months, to get the appointment. It was supposed to be for 2 locations but "insurance" wouldn't allow it. Now I have to start all over again (4 months??) to get the other location epidural booked. Someone didn't read the doctors summation and referral properly

And I'm hard to get up on the bench for the treatment, but he helps me to get up there along with the others. And he does well, and I appreciate him. He talks well. I really like this practice. Your billing, I don't quite understand. I've had runarounds with them because you charge me one fee, my co-pay fee, and then I get hit with another co-pay. But the thing that's irritating me right now is the time of night you've called me with a survey. You're interrupting my evening. I'm in the middle of trying to cook dinner. It's not a good time. From now on, when you call with surveys, maybe it might be a little bit more beneficial to call during business hours. Thank you. Have a good evening.
