Hi, my experience was fine with the doctor and the staff, but only the concern I have is the wait time is too long. I was there before time, but they kept me wait for me. I waited there for 30 minutes or more, and I had to go somewhere else as well, so I could not talk in details to the doctor. So wait time is way too low, way too much. So you need to improve the services. You need to call the patients in time. I was, my time was 11:00 and I was called in inside maybe at 11:30 or 11:40. So the wait time is way too much. Thank you.

Appt was at noon, Dr came in at 1250. Said they had brought back a patient who had a 1230 appt ahead of me. I was there at 1155. I was late to a meeting at 1 as a result. I asked the nurse if I was going to need a urine sample and she said no, so I went to the bathroom after I was taken back. Then, I was asked for a urine sample before I left. Office was fairly disorganized and seemingly uninformed. Dr was fine, was just a bit confused as to which patient I was. Again, speaks to general management issues.
