It was a rough start from a scheduling perspective. I set up online and was advised a month later it was no longer available. They rescheduled quickly. Then, was the confusion of the appointment could be a physical it had to be a new patient. This was never confirmed so I had to fast until 2pm in case they could do blood work. That is poor that you dint have a policy. When u arrived dr was fantastic and listened carefully. Had good suggestions for improvement of health

The appointment process procedure is difficult to complete and also the timing don't necessarily agree with what the doctor wants. Doctor asked me to schedule a new appointment as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the appointment scheduler can only give me more than a month after the date of my doctor appointment. I have no recourse to change it, except hoping someone can cancel their appointment so I can be able to move up. That is not a good system to depend on for the patient. Call me back if you want to discuss further.

Dr. Syed reviewed information regarding blood pressure control medication and discussed trying a tweak to the dosage. We also did a quick review of test results from a hematologist and a nephrologist as well as discussed an ankle injury and PT referral provided by an orthopaedic surgeon along with vaccination status and prescription renewals. All done in a thorough yet concise manner. Labs were ordered, results were reported and made available in MyChart quickly. All in all it was a very good visit.

Well, the staff in the front lobby at the front desk, they were very professional and helpful. Everything was timely. Dr. Syed and his nurse assistant, his nurses, you know, they were very concerned and helpful, very professional and knowledgeable, and very friendly, too, might I add, and very clean and thorough. And Dr. Syed, even above and beyond, I was telling him about some symptoms I was having He gave me further recommendations and over-the-counter stuff and follow-up and things like that. And he has a great sense of humor, too. He's very good at improve, I'll tell you that. He knows how to make you laugh and make you feel welcome when you're nervous because you don't really trust hospitals and doctors. But he made me very trusting of him and very comfortable to be there. And I think he deserves to be recognized. And he's a good person, too.
