The front desk could be more welcoming. They don't greet you when you walk in and just wave you to come forward. This should be addressed because the front desk is the first impression people get and you only get one chance at a first impression. Dr. Syed is absolutely amazing. He's the reason I continue to go to this practice. He cares very deeply about his patients and listens to every concern. I never feel like I'm being rushed or just another number. Dr. Syed is simply the best.

He then provided me with clear and helpful guidance on how to approach the problems and how to properly get care without wasting money. He was honest about this aspect and I really appreciated that. Other than that, just generally , he is friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience enjoyable as a patient. I would recommend Dr. Syed to family and friends for sure.
