My experience was very pleasant from the time I walked in. I was greeted by a young lady by the name of Asia who assisted me very efficiently, really quick, told me where I should sit in the waiting area from the way my doctor would call me. And then I was greeted by a very nice young lady by the name of Denise, who was very nice and personable, who helped me with getting back to the room and doing my vitals and getting me prepared for the doctor to come in. And then Dr. Zakai was, as always, very professional, very informative. She's helped me tremendously in managing my diabetes and I've seen a big difference since I started seeing her. Overall, I am very pleased with this office and I would recommend them to all of my family and friends as their new endocrinologists if that is a need of theirs.

Yes, I would recommend the doctor. She was excellent. As far as the technician, I was not really impressed. The nurse I liked, but I tried calling her with questions about a DEXCOM twice. I never got a recording back and it kept me up all night. The monitor. just kept dinging and I didn't know what to do. So I was very unhappy with that. And like I said, I called twice. I never ever got a call back from anyone. So I was very disappointed. And I think the doctor herself is wonderful, but her staff, the front desk girl that gets you in, she was nice.
