The only problem that I had was that the nurse, when she first took me in the room, she had the wrong chart and kept asking me questions that I said were not true, like allergies and different things. And I'm like, are you sure you have the right chart? And before she even started, she did ask my last name and my birthday. Well, after about at least five minutes of asking questions, I was very confused. Well, she had the wrong chart. So that was just a little frustrating. But other than that, everything was absolutely fabulous. Thank you very much.

They made what could have been a stressful visit feel easy and manageable, and I truly felt supported the entire time. The provider was great. The problem was I couldn't find the right building and had no direct number to the office to reach anyone that could held guide me. The only number provided was the general Wellstar recorded msg. I was able to get to a person and although they weren't familiar with the practice location, they were able to tie in my call with the practice who was able to direct me.
