The only comment I have that threw me off a little bit was that doctor has to take a call during my appointment and step out. And I might not know enough about EMT to know that medical emergencies might arise, but that just kind of chewing for a loop made me feel a little left as a priority. But other than that, I'm very satisfied with the care I received. The only reason I ranked sixes for recommendations is because it took so long to get an appointment, which is no fault of the doctor.

Yeah, I don't feel like my issue was resolved and I saw the PA. I definitely didn't want to see the PA, but I was kind of forced to because that's all they had available at this time. I was referred to from the ER and I'm still having issues and that's about it.

The facility altogether was absolutely beautiful. I am in a wheelchair and had to wait in the lobby for my driver to pick me up. My CNA drove me around the lobby and throughout the bistro and it was an amazing experience. I also read through the history of Kennestone Hospital while I was there also all inspiring amazing. The people were great. The building was beautiful And I don't get out of my facility often but I felt as if I went on a field trip just a beautiful experience. Thank you for asking.

Hi, this was our first visit and that is the only reason why I gave nines instead of tens or three instead of a four. But we will be back again for another visit, so I'm sure that will improve. I really appreciate the timely visit. We were back as scheduled on time. That is greatly appreciated for parents who work. Thank you.

The office visit was fine. The problem was almost not getting there. It was difficult, almost impossible to find a parking space. I had to go all the way to the top level because there were no parking spaces anywhere in between. And this is at 1 o'clock in the afternoon or 12:30. Boy, I tell you what, if you have to go back to that and you don't have a parking space, that's a real problem. I don't have an answer to the curing, but that's a problem. Thank you.

Traffic and parking in the blue tower is terrible. It took 20 minutes from turning off Tower Road to get parked on the fifth floor and also took about 10 minutes to get out of the garage

Howdy, I really enjoyed my visit. Despite getting lost in the hospital trying to get TL, I got to my appointment late. Y'all still managed to find time to see me. So that was really cool of y'all. They did ask if they could use an AI learning tool on me, which I didn't like. I really hate AI learning tools. I hate using my private medical information in like a way that can easily be hacked into and has like a lot of history of people hacking into that stuff. So don't love that. That's not confidence instilling. But that was only one person that talked to me about that out of like, I think a bajillion that I interacted with there. Everyone was really nice and very cordial and helped me get on my way and made me feel very validated and respected. Highly appreciate it.

The only problem that I had was that the nurse, when she first took me in the room, she had the wrong chart and kept asking me questions that I said were not true, like allergies and different things. And I'm like, are you sure you have the right chart? And before she even started, she did ask my last name and my birthday. Well, after about at least five minutes of asking questions, I was very confused. Well, she had the wrong chart. So that was just a little frustrating. But other than that, everything was absolutely fabulous. Thank you very much.
