Howdy, I really enjoyed my visit. Despite getting lost in the hospital trying to get TL, I got to my appointment late. Y'all still managed to find time to see me. So that was really cool of y'all. They did ask if they could use an AI learning tool on me, which I didn't like. I really hate AI learning tools. I hate using my private medical information in like a way that can easily be hacked into and has like a lot of history of people hacking into that stuff. So don't love that. That's not confidence instilling. But that was only one person that talked to me about that out of like, I think a bajillion that I interacted with there. Everyone was really nice and very cordial and helped me get on my way and made me feel very validated and respected. Highly appreciate it.

The only problem that I had was that the nurse, when she first took me in the room, she had the wrong chart and kept asking me questions that I said were not true, like allergies and different things. And I'm like, are you sure you have the right chart? And before she even started, she did ask my last name and my birthday. Well, after about at least five minutes of asking questions, I was very confused. Well, she had the wrong chart. So that was just a little frustrating. But other than that, everything was absolutely fabulous. Thank you very much.

The provider was great. The problem was I couldn't find the right building and had no direct number to the office to reach anyone that could held guide me. The only number provided was the general Wellstar recorded msg. I was able to get to a person and although they weren't familiar with the practice location, they were able to tie in my call with the practice who was able to direct me.
