Registration seems mass confusion. Slow. Lab tech was new, nervous, slow. The practice is overcrowded. It felt like an assembly line. Parking lot is awful. Old and dirty. The elevators are slow and dirty. All together a depressing experience for these very sick people.

The whole process is a lot for a first time visit not everyone was very helpful. I wish the doctor would have asked more probing questions in certain areas because I didn't think to include a very important part bc she didn't go into detail only about one question. When I brought it up to the nurse or MA, I would have like for her to go relay the question to the doctor instead of giving me her opinion. Other than that it was a semi helpful visit.

Everyone there, from the lady at the registration desk to the awesome Dr that saw me (Dr. Sue) was phenomenal! They are so very nice over there. They were also extremely quick! As soon as I sat down I got called back, then to the Dr room. It made a scary visit pleasant. Thank you

The team did a great job. We had a power outage that lasted hours. We had the visit via flashlight. Dr Sun had a plan and we talked about it and set it in motion. Again everyone handled the power outage like pros.

My blood draw could have been better. It really hurt and when I mentioned it I was told to breath through it. I honestly do not remember it hurting in the past like it did. I know our veins once you have had chemo are not great, so a little more care in that area would be appreciated.
