Dr. Sun was amazing. She explained everything fully, told us what she would be doing behind the scenes and promptly took action to refer us to an Interventional Pulmonologist plus ordered additional tests. She was knowledgeable, professional and polite. I couldn't ask for a better cancer doctor.

Registration seems mass confusion. Slow. Lab tech was new, nervous, slow. The practice is overcrowded. It felt like an assembly line. Parking lot is awful. Old and dirty. The elevators are slow and dirty. All together a depressing experience for these very sick people.
