Everyone was so kind and welcoming there

Everyone at this location 1791 Mulkey RD. Suite 200 was beyond welcoming every staff member was kind and respectful. Very professional they made me feel welcomed and wait time was not long at all. I honestly would say I prefer this location to its sister's location 1700 Hospital S DR. Suite 500.

My experience has been good however they forgot to put in my lab orders which caused me to go back and forth from the hospital to the OB office

My appointment with the nurse practitioner was great. She was friendly. Bedside manner was amazing. The rapport was great. It was my first time meeting her. Although the nurse who took my vitals was not very friendly. I don't even think she said hello. She called my name at the front. We walked to the back silently. She didn't say two words to me besides, you can use the bathroom. And then the phlebotomist took a long time. I sat about 40 minutes after my appointment was over waiting for a blood draw. She never called my name. So I'm going to do my NIPT test at my 22-week appointment at the Vinings location. So I did enjoy the nurse practitioner. I did not enjoy any other thing about the visit.

You don't need to make special requests, they are as warm and professional as each patient needs - in my case allowing for a bit of humor. Each employee I interacted with was both kind and patient, exactly what's needed for an OB practice
