You always have to be respectful and sit and listen to what the Dr has to tell you wether or not you take it serious and follow your diets or don't follow there is consequences after the fact you have to be on strict diets or you can lose a limb ! No one wants to lose a limb but if you don't follow diets you will end up with infections .thankyou so much

I always look forward to seeing Dr. Siddiq, Endocrinologist because of his genuine compassion and love for his medical profession and the care he renders each time I meet with him. All my medications were not sent over my B12 and was not sent over for the supplements to change. Just coming out of hospice, it wasn't provided, so I'm not sure why the provider didn't send that over and I find that troubling. My potassium was very low. This provider was supposed to be monitoring it. Unfortunately, nephrology picked up on the labs. This wasn't the first time my potassium had dropped that low. It's historically dropped that low several times and this provider did not provide support previously.
