Great staff interactions- the nurse who assisted me did a great job explaining the process to me and was very personable. The doctor that saw me did a great job diagnosing me and keeping me in the loop on next steps. I will definitely recommend to anyone who needs medical assistance

I appreciate the provider reviewing the result twice before making a decision. The medical assistant was very attentive and courteous. The only thing I would suggest is the check in person greeting someone when they come in the door.

There was a 2.5 hour delay. I was asked to be at the facility for a 1:45pm appointment. I was not seen until almost 4pm. I recommend contacting the patients and informing them of any delay. I could have found a different provider or could have arrived at another time if it had been communicated.

I was seen for a migraine. They reviewed notes for previous treatments and was super kind. Knowing what I was being seen for, they had the room dark before I entered and only turned the lights on when necessary. Everyone was super friendly and explained everything in great detail. They made me aware they were behind in seeing patients, but they still got me in a room as soon as possible and allowed me to recline in a dark and quiet room instead of making me sit in a waiting room. Highly recommend.

I waited in the exam room for one and a half hours. When the NP finally saw ne she did apologize sincerely for the wait and advised she was the only provider there. The staff should have advised that up front or at least made contact during my wait to let me know this. 2ndly why would an urgent care center only have one provider to see patients?

I have been through a lot of Wellstar urgent care facilities. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had. We waited an hour and 45 minutes for a pre-sport physical only to be told. It couldn't be granted because a note a previous doctor had in the system. Our written discharge instructions from that doctor said something different and the urgent care doctor was not willing to listen or understand.
