Doctors should have feedback for patients and should not always rely on questions from patients. The doctors have experience in that area and should be more informative with patients. Also NEVER challenge a minor against a parent. I was there for my kid. NOT what was interpreted by the doctor. I also believe others that came after us were seen before us based on 2 people had rooms and the other person that came last was seen 1st.

I truly appreciated how efficient and professional the entire staff was, especially Tamika and the young lady she was training. From check-in with the MA, Ashley, to discharge, everything was handled smoothly. The provider, Yaa A., took the time to listen to my concerns and clearly explained my treatment plan. She had excellent bedside manners. I felt genuinely cared for and respected throughout my visit.

I felt the provider did not care to hear what I had to say. She was more concerned over my low BP than she was about the fact that I was having trouble breathing and I was wheezing. I felt that she seemed almost robotic and had little or no feelings towards her patients issues.

At that point I asked why he was brought back before me. She said he had an appointment. Not true. Then immediately I was bright back. Nurses and doctor was wonderful. You need to get a new person at front desk.
