Dr Kassa and the check out person was wonderful. However, I called to give the medical staffer information that my insurance company gave to me to transfer to them and it was an unpleasant call. The staffer started yelling over and over to me to let her finish speaking. I'm not a child and was simply explaining that my insurance provider agency did not receive a prior authorization form and would be faxing over the form at my request. I am not sure when I will receive my medication because I can't go through that experience again
