This was, by far, the best experience I have ever had in an emergency situation. There wasn't a single person that cared for my husband that I wouldn't request again. Our stress level was extremely high today. Each person spoke calmly with my husband, despite him being aurney at times, due to pain. They kept their composure and kept us both calm. Despite the possibility of Cancer, they were all amazing. The doctor has AMAZING BEDSIDE MANNERS. The lady with the roll top computer that came in, spoke softly. She knew we were both stressed. I went from crying to laughing when she finished. She is the type of person that all hospitals need. Not one single person, from the front to the back, disrespected either of us. I highly recommend either / all of them. I should also mention that the Security Lady by the door, has AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. ( give her a raise ) Thank you all, once again. We have a long road to travel with Cancer, again. Big hugs to the staff.
