I arrived early, 8:50 for a 9:30 appointment. I knew that I was early and just wanted to sit inside vs outside in the 90'F + heat. Desk clerk 'instructed' me that she could not check me in until... 9:00 am. There were several chairs still available in the waiting room. I was not asking to bump anyone, just did not wish you be outside. While i waited, only one patient arrived with a companion - still plenty of seats for others. I have never been turned away as such or with such an annoyed undertone in her voice. I have been advised that I was early and would still have to wait for my appointment time . Do not understand where these attitudes are coming from when I treated her kindly; treated her as I prefer someone to treat me in return

Yes, the visit I had with the cardio visit was very wonderful from the time I walked in the front desk. The nurses at the front desk were wonderful. The nurse that took me into the room and everything was just so nice, so helpful, so courteous. And Dr. White was very informative, very concerned about my health, listened to me and gave me his best opinion evaluations. about me and my health. And I considered it just wonderful. They were efficient. They were not a lot of time consuming, not that they rushed or anything, but it was just a wonderful and overall visit. And I thank them.
