I waited 2 hours to see dr white. He NEVER apologies for keeping me waiting. Rushed through proposed medical interventions with minimal explanations. Very poor listening skills. I refused further treatment and will consult with my primary physician for future interventions

To check in there was one lady and in the other room there were two. The one lady was checking in another patient and the other two were just sitting there. When it was my turn to check in they finally helped the lady behind me. To check out the lady didn't have her window open, so I couldn't hear her. I had to keep asking her to repeat herself. Then before she finished helping me she took a phone call and told the other lady to get my paper work. No thank you, have a nice day or anything. I was not an important enough patient to get any respect from her. I feel that if you have 3-4 receptionists patients shouldn't have to wait in line or be treated without respect.

He was a very good doctor. He sat down, discussed with family and patients, and I would recommend him to everyone. He answered all our questions, and we felt satisfied. Y'all just needed a bigger parking lot.

Yes, our prescription was real expensive. I called to see if we could get something less, but nobody ever called me back. The prescription we got was $475 that we had to pay. Thank you.

She made a call to Vascular Surgery for me because it had been two weeks since my referral was submitted and I hadn't heard anything from them as well as setting up my next appointment with Dr. White. She was so nice.

Dr. White and Emily are terrific. No problem. The front office staff is very unfriendly and cold. One time I went into the office without an appointment. I simply wanted to drop something off for Dr. White. The woman at the desk did not even know that I was standing directly in front of her because she was completely preoccupied with her cell phone. I had to 'interrupt her' in order to get her attention. It is a very unwelcoming front office staff.
