Was told we had an 8:30 am appointment got there at 8:15 said we had an 10:30 am time appointment then told they messed up but would get us seen them still waited an hour an half never was seen by the dr horrible professionals will never go back

I arrived at 12:22 for a 1:30 app8intment. I was taken into the screening room at 1:39. At 2 pm I still had not been seen, I stopped a nurse to ask where my provider was and what was the reason for the extended wait. I different provider stopped in the hall at 2:25 and said that she would see me. A nurse came in with a paper screening at 2:30 repeating the exact same questions that were on my check-in screening. The provider for my appointment did not see me until 2:40 pm. The facility demonstrated complete lack of professionalism and disregard for patients time.
