The attending nurse was outstanding and she is truly an asset Wellstar. I hope that you recognize her and encourage other nurses to follow her style of concern for the patients and her efficiency and effectiveness at your facility. I do not remember her name but she prepared me for the doctor and after the doctor had examined me.

I've been to this location several times and always had an impressively pleasant experience.. except for this most recent visit. Overall competence was concerningly low, imaging individual was cruel and needs to be taken out of any medical position that tends to injured patients, entrance lobby could use at least one human (it was completely vacant and this is supposed to be an urgent care facility), quality and quantity of staff needs increasing. I left greatly regretting having come here and intend to avoid returning.
