My first time at this location. Front desk was very communicative and kind. Even with their computers being down briefly. Got me back as soon as possible with little delay. The nurse was attentive and punctual. Dr. Bohannon spent more time with me than my primary care physician. Offered me several options for my care and educated me during the visit. By far the best urgent care experience I've had. Thank you!

I recently retired and now I have no insurance. I had no idea that an office visit would cost me 512$. I now understand all the talk about healthcare and health insurance. I don't have the solution but it seems like there has to be a way to get it down some. Other than that, for a Dr visit it was good.

Have someone educated enough at Wellstar to take off the arrive 15 mins early for your scheduled appointment if the PCP is not going to have the office open at 7:45a. It truly would help the patient better schedule their time and give the PCP office a better representation in these rural Ga communities where Wellstar is presently located.
