Dr Jirau-Rosaly is an excellent doctor. She listens carefully, researches what she doesn't know, is highly skilled and very compassionate. She even called to check on me while I was sick. I am a 72 year old women and am so lucky to have gotten into her practice.

Had a 9:30 appt (the first of the day). Was immediately taken to my examination room. Aide took vitals and left. Doctor finally saw me at 10:15, 45 minutes aftermy appt time. No one told me why the delay. Did not set well with me.

The Dr was very friendly and professional as always. She listened to all my questions and answered them all. Went over all my medications and explained what each one was for. The only problem I have when coming down to the Hospital on 15th steer is the parking. Trying to find a parking space is very stressful, and make my blood pressure go up.

The visit with Dr. Jirau-Rosaly was excellent, except for the wait to have blood drawn for lab tests. There was only one Lab Tech servicing the entire Family Medicine practice, so I waited almost an hour.

I have a complicated combination of health concerns and they had an excellent way of collecting history that still allowed enough time for discussion. They both listened carefully and explained fully and patiently. I feel very lucky to have found a geriatric specialist here.

Dr. Gerard has been my doctor for over 15 years. I followed her from Fort Gordon to where she is now. She's an excellent doctor. She takes up time with you and she tries to find out exactly what is wrong with you. And she calls and checks on me every few weeks because I'm 84 years old. I would recommend her to anybody. I don't think I'd go to anybody else at WellStar besides Dr. Gerard Rosalie. Thank you.
