If it were not for this Dr (Jirau Rosaly) I would leave Wellstar completely. AND the phone queue and appointment folk are beyond incompetent !

Since moving within the Family Clinic... everything, YES everything goes so much smoother when it is time to see Dr. Jirau-Rosaly. From booking an appointment, registering when I arrive for the appointment, checking my vitals... all of the staff are very polite and greet me with a smile!

What you did very well is Wanda Jirau-Rosaly is a fabulous doctor. The assistant, Dr. Mitchell Nichols, was wonderful. And the only thing I, the only complaint I have about WellStar is your system. Your online tools are not as user-friendly as I would like them to be. Other than that, I stay at Wellstar because of Dr. Wanda Jirau-Rosaly. Thank you.

Dr. Giroux listens to what I tell her. Dr. Giroux-Rosalie listens to what I tell her. And she tries to provide me with the best medical care possible. I feel very safe with her. She is a very caring person. And I relate very well with her. She's a wonderful, wonderful doctor and a wonderful person. and I'm glad that she's my physician. Thank you.

Well, my experience with Dr. Wanda was excellent. She was a very nice, empathetic person. She listened to me very well and treated me wonderfully. I don't know if I answered the buttons correctly because I'm working right now and haven't been able to concentrate very well. But my response was excellent. Excellent... She, the nurses, and everyone who treated me were very, very kind. So, I'm very grateful for the service they provided.

The provider never gave the results from the last visit. But they drew more blood . We also told them that we took mom to the eye Dr The eye GUYs who specializes in cataract and glaucoma and they still want to send somewhere else . They do not have signal in the back office at all . If a scenario should happen patients would not be able to call family to let them know what is going on. My daughter was trying to reach me to ask questions and she could NOT GET A SIGNAL. To this family that is a red flag. We care about our mom /grandmother health and well being . My daughter also stated that the questions that I have already answered in the first visit was asked again . I also asked for a handicap card to put the car and nothing was told to us or any paper work given to us to move forward with the request .

Since moving within the Family Clinic... everything, YES everything goes so much smoother when it is time to see Dr. Jirau-Rosaly. From booking an appointment, registering when I arrive for the appointment, checking my vitals... all of the staff are very polite and greet me with a smile!

If it were not for this Dr (Jirau Rosaly) I would leave Wellstar completely. AND the phone queue and appointment folk are beyond incompetent !
