I prefer not to have calls because the calls are never done at the time that they are meant to and I am always in meetings when they call so my appointments actually never happen. And so I actually did not have a visit. I just then got meeting updates or like, hey, you need to come in for phlebotomy and to have your labs drawn. That's all I got. I actually didn't see the provider, which is which what I, why I rated it a one.

After my first visit, I had a really hard time getting in touch with anyone at the office. I had questions and concerns and I left a voicemail and I left a couple of messages through my online, whatever you call it. And I think I tried at least four times before I got any kind of a call back. So I was just disappointed with that. But otherwise, I'm happy with the doctor and the caregivers.

Dr Shaib is Awesome, he literally saved my life by ordering a prostate MRI for me just to check to see if there was anything to worry about my prostate based on my genetic history and a very aggressive cancer was definitely on my prostate, Dr Shaib is a Hero

The oncologist was very knowledgeable and demonstrated a true concern for my medical condition. He aggressively sought remedies for my pain and bleeding, a long with prescribing necessary medication to Alleviate symptoms. He was fantastic!
