Once I got into the doctor's office, the nurses, the staff, everybody was outstanding. It's just the registration process is very confusing. You come in downstairs, have to sign in to this little kiosk, then you have to wait for somebody to call you who then takes you into a back area and then you go back upstairs and you're not sure where to go. So that piece is a little convoluted. Aside from that, everything else was outstanding. Thank you. Bye.

You got to respect people's time. I calculated that I spend 4h per visit for 40min max of meeting+procedure time. In other words I spend 84% of my time per visit sitting waiting. Is that acceptable considering the cost of healthcare. I am getting a sub quality experience at a premium price.

I had interactions with about five of the employees from registered to nurses or phlebotomists and the people that took my blood and they were all very, very nice and very sweet to me. It was nice. I worked in healthcare and that means a lot so I really appreciate it. Thanks. Bye.
