After my visit, I got more than 28 MY CHART emails from the hospital. Some wanting me to pay bills that didn't show what I was actually paying. Too many redundant My Charts. It's bad enough to have cancer, but My Charts are worse than cancer.

The orders for the test got mixed up. Some were sent to one place, some to another after I had already said that I wanted to be in Hirem specifically. I also said I wanted my blood work done in Hirem and it was scheduled at the office and they explained to me it had to be done at the office. So there was some mix up with the orders. Otherwise, everything was okay.

Arrived at 7:44 am. I sat in the waiting room until almost 9 am before I was checked in by admissions. I asked why it was so long and was told all the other people had to be checked in first since their appointment was before mine. Very poor experience .
