My appointment was at 3 pm I arrived at 2:40 on time and the doctor did not walk into the room until 3:50 Ridiculous

Lab technician was very friendly, excellent at taking blood, and Dr. Shaib was so caring, took his time talking with me, and explained treatment plan going forward.

The doctor seemed in a bit of a hurry. Tell me we would do some things next time. And I didn't quite understand all that, being a new doctor. Being a doctor replaced the one I had. Wait till next visit. Better assessment.

I'm having to travel an hour to my Dr. I have a rare cancer but this is where he is. This facility could be more handicapped friendly. My family member has to take off work when I come because I can't get from parking deck to oncologists by myself. Just needs to be more accessible and I would think alot of cancer patients would have this problem.

I should be able to schedule follow up appointments with a person and not be directed to a phone number to call later. I am here, so help me make an appointment. There were 3 staff members available to help do this but I was told to go to my chart later or call directly

Whenever you hear the word cancer you feel lost. The staff starting from the sign in process here are kind and really make you feel safe, Dr. Shaib and his staff are amazing. They care and take the time needed to explain the process and any medication that you will need.

I appreciate the office being in the oncology area. I am a hematology patient. There is no reason to charge a $895 facility fee. Get an office across the street. There is $0 value for this service. Just a drabby, terrible room.

As a first time patient, I was very pleased with the help I received. From the check-in process, to the nurse care, doctor, and post doctor care with the nurse and getting my bloodwork done. All questions were answered and scheduling my next appointments was very easy.

It does feel like an assembly line with many checkpoints (checking in at one desk and wait, checking in at another and wait, checking in at the lab then wait, checking in upstairs then wait, escort to the doctor's cubicle and wait again, escort to the infusion center and wait, inside infusion center and wait on pharmacy). It's a process. That said, the staff has ALWAYS been kind throughout and, when one is battling cancer, kindness counts.
