The ladies in the front took very good care of me, knowing that I have to pay to ride the bus which was their concern. But knew it would be hard to schedule two appointments at different locations on the same day they put them on separate days for me. Also my doctor's nurse was so sweet to make sure I could contact her if my situation got worst.

When we first checked in, the first receptionist never completed the check in. The nurse assistant called my phone while sitting in the lobby letting me know that my check in time had passed. I let her know that I was already checked in with the arm band on waiting to be seen. She said no one ever checked me in. So before the doctor left the office I finally was able to be seen. That was very unprofessional. The front desk receptionist seemed a lil on the disoriented side. She came later and apologized. Afterwards at checkout, the same receptionist said the Dr never placed my orders in but was told that he did. She finally found them and again apologized and scheduled my appointments. That was not a good look for her on that day. The other nurses were very helpful with everything.
