Overall, the appointment went great. It was our first time. I think the doctor listened to us very well. The nurse, the staff, everybody was very helpful being that we were new patients and they didn't jump the gun to start us on any medication that we were not on or give us anything that we have not been given or asked to take by other providers. I think the doctor did a really good job of just explaining what he suggested and did a great job. Review all of our files and everything that we told them about our children's health before making any decisions. So I think that was a really good job for the doctor and everyone involved. And then also, the only other thing is we were told to be there at like 7:45 for an 8 o'clock appointment, but the facility doesn't even open until 8.

This was our very first visit. The doctor and staff was very welcoming. They did not force anything on us. They understood that we had knowledge of our children's health and supported our decision. I believe going forward if the communications stays open and information is explained our children will thrive .
