Never saw the doctor. After sitting in the waiting room for 50 minutes I approached the reception staff to ask on the status of my appointment. they appeared to leave to seek the answer but never returned. So I left without being seen by the doctor or their staff. You wasted my time. I arrived early and completed on line check. Horrible experience.

The check in process was awkward and uncomfortable. I overheard the person after me make a comment similarly to their family member. I haven't often encountered this at Wellstar. Everyone else was beyond welcoming. Dr Narwani is kind and compassionate and highly invested in my care. He is a doctor who clearly goes above and beyond. I saw him once before for a minor issue and he had read through my entire history. I felt very comfortable with trusting him with my care for a much more complicated and potentially serious issue.

I had a great experience with this location from the time I stepped in the door. The staff were very polite and accommodating, and the doctor was amazing. I had been to another specialist previously about this issue and left feeling that the doctor didn't listen to what I was saying and didn't understand my condition. Your doctor listened to everything I had to say, did a thorough examination and looked over my MRI. At that point, he told me what he saw and thought what I would be feeling and he was exactly correct. I can't express in words how thoroughly impressed I was with this doctor. I'm looking forward to follow up visits and getting this condition taken care of. I feel like I'm in good hands with him.
