I found the doctor very charming, very interested in what was going on with me. And really, as I indicated on the questions beforehand, did seem very interested. And I was just very pleased with him and have been very pleased with the staff from the nurse to the nurse practitioners who worked with me. And so, yes, and the regular office staff that makes appointments, they're very efficient and polite. And I guess that's about it.

Dr. Narwani is a wonderful doctor. He's personable and present. I appreciated him taking the time to explain what's going on in my body as well as answer my questions. I felt very much seen as a person, not just a medical case, and I'm grateful to finally understand what's causing my medical issue.

Unfortunately, this very nice doctor had an emergency evidently and I sat there waiting 40 or 45 minutes for him to come in. He really didn't have to do too much for me but look in my ear and tell me that it was fine. He was very nice. When I told him that I thought I was there to have my hearing checked, that I thought it had gotten worse. And even though I didn't have an appointment to do that, they were able to squeeze me in, which was great. Thank you. Both people were very nice to me.

Hi, the doctor was extremely knowledgeable and listened to me, made me feel heard and was concerned for me and was awesome. Could not rate any better. My only comment would be that the office staff needs better training on service animals, specifically in respecting them and not like oggling them or talking to them or staring the entire time that I was in the waiting room. So that would be my only comment as far as improvement goes, but the doctor was amazing. Thank you.
