Ms Sullivan and her staff were caring, kind and compassionate. I had completed 4 1/2 hours of dialysis before my visit and was weak, however, they were accommodating, professional and showed that I mattered as a patient.??????????????????

Something was done to my pacemaker at my first visit. It made things much worse than before I had the surgery. I really regret having the pacemaker implanted. This was one of the worst decisions I have made.

My appointment was at 2:45 and I was asked to be there are 2:30. I didn't see the Nurse Practitioner until after 4:00. I understand things happen, but I would have appreciated someone letting me know that I wasn't forgotten and that my appointment would be delayed. I had to go and asked after 45 minutes and was told they were delayed. I did receive an apology.

Was sad to learn that Dr. Blatt is leaving Wellstar. I will miss him very much. He has been an important part of my Healthcare. I trust Virginia Sullivan to take good care of me. Ginny is a very warm and friendly person. She cares about me and has always answers my questions and my concerns.
