Something was done to my pacemaker at my first visit. It made things much worse than before I had the surgery. I really regret having the pacemaker implanted. This was one of the worst decisions I have made.

My appointment was at 2:45 and I was asked to be there are 2:30. I didn't see the Nurse Practitioner until after 4:00. I understand things happen, but I would have appreciated someone letting me know that I wasn't forgotten and that my appointment would be delayed. I had to go and asked after 45 minutes and was told they were delayed. I did receive an apology.

We appreciate the help of each one of the doctors and nurses' assistants who have helped during his recovery. My only suggestion would be to hire more English-speaking nurses and doctors, as it is sometimes difficult to understand those who do not speak our language well. Thank You

Everybody is really genuinely caring when I come in for cardiology. Virginia is a great provider. Ms. Sullivan, she's a great provider. She answers all my questions. She's very caring. She takes her time. She explains everything. She explains procedures I'm going to have done, what needs to be done. She gives me great options, and she's just all around. I feel very, very welcome, very cared for. very well treated when I'm here and I would definitely recommend her to family or friends if they needed a cardiology. I would definitely recommend her for a referral.
