The scheduling is terrible. I waited over 35 minutes to be taken to the back after watching 4 people who arrived after me go back. Then I waited over hour and half before I saw the doctor. That is ridiculous and shows a lack of value of my time. If I had not already paid over a hundred dollars, I would have left.

This provider is pretty good. The only problem that we have with this provider is the communication between the provider and the pharmacy. I let the doctor know that my mother had zero refills on her prescription while we were at the doctor's office and they did not communicate to the pharmacy that it was approved for refills. The other problem that we have is when we are seen by Dr. Robinson and not the practitioner or anyone else in the office, there's always an extreme amount of wait time.

He takes the time to listen to his patients and make sure your concerns are addressed. He is a very knowledgeable and intellectual person, yet he is humble and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Dr Robinson to any friend coworker or family member in need of a cardiologist. His front desk staff are also pleasant and attentive, his MA Bridget and Nurse Mala were super nice and down to earth. They offer a very inviting atmosphere just with their camping presence. I was disappointed in the wait time to see my provider checked in at 9:45 am n didn't leave until 1pm Also parking lot was unsafe n fell after going to get into my car after visit I felt that my visit should not have taken from 9:45 am to 1pm to be completed because it was a routine check up
