Had a 10.30apointment got out at about 3.30 pm set almost 4 an half hour ?

The wait was entirely too long. My appointment was at 10:45. I arrived at 10:15. I was called about 45 minutes after arriving for weight and vitals. I didn't see the doctor until almost 1:30. I refused to get labs afterwards because I had been there more than 3 hours. I had to return to work.
