Dr. Viktoria Nurpeisov earned her bachelor’s degree from Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA. She received her medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA. She completed her residency at Atlanta Medical Center in Atlanta, GA. She completed her Geriatric Medicine Fellowship at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. She worked as faculty and served as Associate Program Director at Atlanta Medical Center for 5 years.
Dr. Viktoria Nurpeisov is a Board Certified Geriatrician and Certified Medical Director of Cobb AG Rhodes Nursing Home.
She is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and she is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Nurpeisov also is a member of The American Academy of Family Physicians, The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and the American Geriatrics Society.
Dr. Nurpeisov is currently in practice at Wellstar Family Medicine Clinic, a service of Kennestone Hospital and she serves as the Program Director of Kennestone Family Medicine Residency Program.
Dr. Nurpeisov enjoys fishing and gardening. Her areas of special interest include stress management and group facilitation and educational programming about physician well-being.

Very knowledgeable, took her time explaining every step she made. Filled out some important paperwork for us. She comes highly recommended. I think the whole staff, shows exceptional greeting skills, professionalism through out our visit today. Wellstar rocks.

I don't feel that I had a complete physical at this visit. Two doctors came in a listed to my heart and lungs... not his else. The first one tested my memory and was very impressed how fast I completed drawing a clock with specific instructions. And, memorizing 3 words given to me ?. Was that all to a physical??? Then my primary doctor was not available to see me again!!! ???
