About Vidya Soundararajan, MD
Dr. Vidya Soundararajan was born in Philadelphia, PA. She obtained her medical degree from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine. During her career as a student, Dr. Soundararajan served as Residential Advisor at Penn State, and as Administrative Chief Resident at Washington University School of Medicine during her residency. She also received the Annual Student Research Symposia Science Award, the Berlex Laboratories Resident Teaching Award, and was awarded the "Best Second Year Teaching Resident". Dr. Soundararajan is board-certified by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, of which she is a fellow member. She joined the premier team of professionals of Douglas Women’s Center, PC in 1999 and continues to serve as both an obstetrician and a gynecologist.
Dr. Soundararajan is certified in da Vinci® Surgical System, also known as robotic surgery, and is pleased to provide her patients with the most advanced, minimally invasive options available when surgical intervention is needed.

I love event in this office. The doctor, nurse, and desk attendants are so pleasant.

The staff was friendly and professional from the front desk to the doctor and her assistant. I was made to feel very comfortable in the exam room. The doctor listened to my concerns instead of just brushing me off. The doctor had a humble attitude and she didn't rush through the interaction. She was very thoughtful. She ordered important lab test to go with my concerns. I am very impressed with the doctor.

The office staff was super nice. I especially loved that the physician engaged in normal conversation with me about tv shows I like to make me feel comfortable and not all business. But also addressed any health concerns I might have. Definitely a pleasant experience over all.

I'm coming into the office tomorrow because I was recommended a doctor and the doctor didn't have any visits until sometime in February. And about 30 minutes after that, I get a text message that Dr. S recommended some medications to my male or the pharmacy without even telling me. So I'm coming into the office tomorrow so they can tell me to my face what's going on.

I'm coming into the office tomorrow because I was recommended a doctor and the doctor didn't have any visits until sometime in February. And about 30 minutes after that, I get a text message that Dr. S recommended some medications to my male or the pharmacy without even telling me. So I'm coming into the office tomorrow so they can tell me to my face what's going on.
