The wait to be seen was awful. I got there at 2:15 and was there until 4:10. I had to wait for the audiologist and the doctor. I had very little time with the doctor (5-10 minutes), so mainly I was waiting. I am not sure I would go back because of how long I had to wait to be seen.

They gave me their time and undivided attention, and they answered all of my questions while explaining everything to me. I went from crying in my first appointment, wondering how hearing loss at 45 was going to impact my career, to becoming so excited about hearing aids that I was bragging to my coworkers about how cool they were going to be. I am learning firsthand that hearing loss can be scary and emotional, but I feel relief knowing that I am in good hands and will be okay because of this amazing team at WellStar helping me.
