About Venu Sajja, MD
Dr. Sajja is board certified in internal medicine, Cardiovascular Disease and nuclear cardiology. He completed his undergraduate studies at Indiana University and earned his medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies. Dr. Sajja completed his internal medicine internship at the Medical College of Pennsylvania-Hahnemann University and his residency at Drexel University. He also completed a fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at West Virginia University.
His special interests include coronary artery disease, nuclear cardiology and echocardiography. Dr. Sajja joined Wellstar Medical Group, Cardiovascular Medicine in April 2009. He is currently on staff at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital.
Dr. Sajja is a member of the American College of Cardiology, the American Society of Echocardiography and the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology. He is fluent in Telugu.

The nurse was very transactional, moving around the examining room like a bull in a china shop while muttering to herself - as if I were not even there - all while conducting an EKG and work up on me. She might be very good technically and administratively, but may be better suited for a position with minimal patient contact.

The parking and elevators are a bit much, especially the first time. The people who checked me in and out were friendly and capable as was the person who took me back and got my info. Dr Sajja listen to my concerns, explained things answered my questions and let my daughter listen in on Face Time. I felt very comfortable with each person.
