When I checked in at the front desk, they checked me in for my lab work but not for my doctor appointment. The receptionist asked me if I was there for labs and an appointment and I told her yes. I waited for almost 2 hours and asked a staff member what was going on and he told me I had not been checked in for the appointment. Shortly after that I was taken back to a room to see my doctor. I was not very pleased that I was not properly checked in. I will not wait that long before asking a staff member what was happening
