I was impressed with the technician and how friendly and cooperative she was. And I was extremely impressed with the doctor in that he listened to me and did not spend time staring at a chart. And when I said I had more questions, he came back from starting to leave the room and just was totally relaxed and open to spending more time with me.

Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of the person who called to adjust my appointment time. However, I appreciate her kindness and professionalism. She was simply wonderful!
