Well, during my visit, everyone was nice. The RN that brought me back and took my blood pressure and vitals was really nice, kind, efficient, I felt like. Valerie didn't actually step in until after the nursing student. So I had a nursing student, a resident, like come and do like the measurements on my belly. And then Valerie came in and gave her recommendations for like a follow-up ultrasound. But I would have loved for Valerie to actually come in and get a measurement on me herself. So that is something I think that can be done better within the practice. Thank you.

The whole crew was definitely a joyful experience from the receptionist to the nursing staff to the midwife down to Dr. Valerie. I truly enjoyed my appointment and felt completely safe too. If I wasn't getting my Nexplanon implant, I definitely would want that crew to deliver my baby.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was very courteous and professional. The lab technician was amazing as well. So was the nurse practitioner and the medical assistant that checked me in. Everyone was wonderful. Thank you.

My appointment today was horrible, I had to swab myself during the appointment when that was the doctors jobs. THEN they made me put the thermometer in my mouth by myself and it didn't have a protective cover on it so I spit it out FAST AND CORRECTED HER.

I spoke with a mid-level for the most part instead of the provider. One thing that was bothersome was a person waiting in the waiting room with their belly hanging out and talking on their phone on speakerphone. that was a little disrespectful. Other than that, the visit was great.
