I would say I don't know per se if it's the office, but I was there for a annual check up and to not be able to talk about going through menopause I was told I would have to make another separate appointment for my insurance to be ran again if I wanted to talk anything about menopause and I think that's right if I'm there for women's check up, I should be able to talk about my body and what's going Just didn't like that

I have had a great experience with you guys so far. I had my first daughter with y'all and now I'm on my second. And each time it's been very nice. All the doctors and nurses are very knowledgeable, very helpful, no complaints at all. If I did have to list a complaint though, I will say that y'all's exam rooms get really hot. But that could just be because I'm really pregnant too. But besides that, everything's great.

I was highly disappointed with Valerie Tchinang today. I was speaking with the midwife in training regarding my postpartum depression survey and she was stating that I scored a 9 and I may be dealing with depression and Valerie entered the room and the first thing she said was, "you look tired". It was my first appointment with her, she never introduced herself. For her to greet me with a negative comment after reviewing my survey I thought it was very inconsiderate. Also, we were discussing my maternity leave ending soon and she asked, could I extend it. Before I could answer her question, she said, you need the money so you have to go back to work? I thought that was rude of her to say. She had no compassion and her comment were extremely unnecessary.
