I was experiencing some issue's with my heart rate. This practice was quick to get me in and get my meds regulated. I had a great experience from start to finish. From the check in staff, the nurse, the Doctor to the check out, everyone was super accommodating and very helpful. Very pleased!

Showed up early for my appointment because MyChart said 9 AM intake nurse said my appointment was not until 9:45 AM so I had a 45 minute wait due to miscommunication between MyChart and schedulers

Yes, I think you guys were very attentive. My wait time in the waiting room was not long at all. Also, the nurse that helped me at the front desk was very informative and she let me know exactly what was going on. And even my doctor, he actually came in and reassured me that there were no concerns, immediate concerns. And he let me know how to follow up. He listened to my concerns about me and my sleep apnea as well and got me a referral and they got in contact with me. They got me set up over there as well. So, again, I think it was a great day experience and I greatly appreciate it. I hope you have a blessed day.

I felt like the appointment was rushed. Maybe more information given on my issues. Maybe he didn't think I needed any more testing or since over summer I had other heart tests. Maybe another ekg would have been good and made me feel a little better since my pulse rate had been very low at my last doctors visit. He did ask me if my family doctor had given me EKG on the day I saw him and I said no. So I kind of felt Maybe he would have given me one that day I was there.
