The doctor Amin is very good and he is very professional and he is very gentle with my mom and we liked the doctor definitely and we will definitely come to the practice. But I would like to tell that the nurse assistant, I am not sure if this is correct or not also. Do the well care allow the nurses or nursing assistants to have very long nails because they directly come in contact with the patient, right? I am just wondering, do they allow the nursing assistants to have long nails so that that can, you know, somewhat touch the patient's skin? That's the first question. Second thing is I think the nurse assistants and nurses

I was really impressed with the facility. I was impressed with the help desk that was down on first floor. I was impressed as I got off the elevator. Every provider, every person that was dressed worked that day, because I don't know who's who, but every person spoke with me, made eye contact with me and spoke with me as an individual. And that left an impact so much so that I'm enthusiastic about leaving my comments. And Dr. Amin was above and beyond any medical doctor that I've seen this year. And I've had my annual, I've had eye exam.

Wellstar takes too long to schedule an appointment. Normal amount of time seems to be at least 2 months. I trust and like the facilities and doctors but their scheduling is terrible. I went to Piedmont for orthopedics because they could get me in right away. Wellstar was two months later. Terrible!

The office staff is rude. They do not return phone calls. And when they do, if they do, they're not helpful. Left messages while I was ill. It took almost a full five days for them to return a call and just very unprofessional. Thank you.
