All office staff, nursing staff, and my doctor were patient, listened to me, and explained things thoroughly. They asked several times if I had any questions and afterwards pointed to MyChart if I found I had follow up concerns after I left my visit. Even the front door information booth staff were smiling and friendly when I had a question for them. Top notch.
