Friendly staff..... transparency in doctor was refreshing

I was pushed yo the office in a wheelchair and was told I would get a wheelchair to the lobby. I was told to go down the hall, I used the staff restroom ( with permission) and followed the exit signs that led me to carpeted hallway. An employee helped me get back in the locked door to get a wheelchair for me. It all ended ok but some didn't call for a wheelchair for me . Through it all, I'm okay.

Everything about this visit was very pleasant. I just wish appointments were more readily available. It's so discouraging, not to mention life threatening, to have to wait weeks or months to see a doctor.

I was upset about leaving Dr Kramer but I was so pleased with Dr Ramesh was awesome. He asked questions, listen to my concerns, and went over my history. Love this office from the warm greeting I received at the front desk by Deborah and Robin as she took vitals and let me share my concerns and the death of my husband. This is an amazing office. I observed a very disagreeable patient and was impressed by the way the front desk answered his questions but still remained very professional.

This was my first experience with Dr Ramesh and I am extremely pleased with him and all of the staff. It was apparent he had studied my chart and the tests done in the emergency room this past week. He was very familiar with my case, asked me questions, answered all of my questions. He explained in detail why he was making changes to some of my medications and what I should expect as a result. It is further for me to drive, but still seems it will be very worthwhile to make this change. At least he takes time to review labs and tests done in the hospital and could see me in less than 2 12 weeks after I was discharged from an overnight low blood pressure event in emergency.

We could not be more pleased with the care received by Dr. Ramesh and the support staff. We feel he is honest and takes the time to listen, share, and develop the kind of relationship that is so important between doctor and patient. Sadly, this type relationship is getting harder and harder for doctors and corporate expectations and restrictions change. We hope doctors and staff with Wellstar will continue to be allowed to show patients the care and concern that they desire and that is part of their medical calling. One note- We have no idea what happened but a few days prior we were called to be advised that the visit was not covered by our insurance. We've made no changes. We tried to contact the office by phone to get information on why and spent about 20 minutes trying to only have one transfer disconnected, three other calls dropped with beep-beep-beep, and one that simply said the mailbox was full and we would not be able to leave a messsage. Quite frustrating and it required us to go to the office and speak with staff, who were quite helpful although it seemed the folks there were extremely busy. We were told that the phone system was changing and it would be some time before that would be resolved. Additionally, it was determined that somehow, through nothing we did, the name of our insurance company in the Wellstar System was changed from BCBS/Anthem Med Advantage to Blue Value. We made no changes and have never even heard of that name. No satisfactory explanation could really be given except system changes. The staff person who helped us saw the problem through and corrected it so we were able to prepay the copay. However, time is valuable and it required a visit to the office to resolve because no human was able to speak with us on the phone. We certainly hope this type issue and service is not the future of Wellstar. What a terrible direction that would be.

I was seen in ER, they thought I had a stroke. I followed up by setting up an appt. I was under the impression they were going to complete the rest of the tests the ER started. They did not. They're unsure about my diagnosis now. They don't know if it's neurology or heart related. I may have been misdiagnosed. He just talked. Didn't bother explaining my test results. In my opinion it was a waste of time. I could have set up appts on the phone without bothering to come in. Not only that I can't get a follow up for 2 months. By that time I'll be out of the med (blood thinners) ER prescribed. I had to send a message thru MyChart. The dept rarely answers the phone; I had tried to call them 3 times before. I can't refill thru MyChart, nor do I have any guarantee I will get the med in time. They have me in a bind. I'm a dissatisfied patient.

Service was very likely excellent, I would say. The doctor came in and thoroughly answered questions that I had, even if I missed some. I felt very confident in his knowledge and his recommendation. So I'm going to give him a 10 on everything and look forward to seeing him again in another scheduled appointment time. Thanks.

This provider was so professional, so caring, so amazing. I definitely felt comfortable with him. I will refer him to any of my family members. I will refer him to anybody I know that has a cardiac problem. He is well liked from what I've been listening to and asking questions to the staff. Very compassionate about what he does.

The entire office projected positive energy from the moment I arrived. I was brought back for my appointment in under 10 minutes, and the nurse was exceptionally kind, professional, and efficient. Dr. Ramesh was extraordinarily professional, highly credentialed, and deeply impressive, including his residency training at Baylor. As I was checking out, I actually asked for his card and forwarded it to my brother-in-law, who is a very busy attorney, because I thought he would genuinely appreciate how exceptionally well-run and efficient the office was. Highly impressed and very appreciative.

My provider, Dr. Ramesh, hopefully I'm saying his name correctly, he was beyond amazing. I have been through a series of high blood pressure issues and he made me feel comfortable. He was confident in the information that he was giving to me, made me feel confident in my healthcare and knowing that I am at the right place, getting the right care. I am just extremely happy and pleased with my entire visit and I look forward to coming back. Thank you again for the great service.

Dr Ramesh was very informative. His explanation of my mom's health situation was very easy to understand. I have recently taken over my mom's health care. Everyone I have encountered at Wellstar has made this transition very easy and carefree for my family. The nurses and assisting staff has given me such helpful information like the best way to take moms blood pressure and when to change out our blood pressure machine. Thanks Wellstar.

Hi, I wanted to express my deep gratitude for this physician and his ability to understand and listen to my problems. I had been searching for a doctor like this for almost a year to address the problems with my health. I felt completely heard, completely understood, and I actually cried tears of joy in the office because I was so excited to have somebody who understood my problem. Making the appointment wasn't slightly difficult because I didn't really feel like the appointment scheduler may have matched me with the correct doctor. It turns out they did. I don't know how that happened, but this was an incredible experience and I'm grateful to have found him.

Dr. Ramesh genuinely cares about his patients. I would highly recommend him for cardiology care! This aside, it would be great if you provided additional parking, that's closer to the main entrance, for those that are older.
