I was very impressed with how thoroughly the doctor reviewed my medical records and understood my history before our visit. He asked important questions and took his time going through everything with me. I feel very confident in his care and would definitely recommend him to others.

I had to wait 8 minutes and 47 seconds to get a, to make an appointment, and that appointment then referred me to the triage nurse, and the triage nurse would do almost anything except set an appointment, and I had to just insist on the next words out of her mouth were to date and time. I finally got it. She wanted me to go to the urgent care, and the urgent care rejected me because they didn't have the tool that she said they specifically had, and it's a fiasco. WellStar is just becoming a fiasco, and Dr. Tung Nguyen is the only redeeming value to that entire organization.

Dr. Nguyen is a very thoughtful doctor, albeit it's a little bit of a travel from where I live to where he's at. I'm completely fine with that because of his focus on me as a patient. He knows who I am, what I do, and he's obviously updating himself with the charts before he speaks to me again, and then it just reminds him what he has done. So I'm very confident and pleased with the work that he has done.
