The waiting time is too long 9:30am appointment I was being attended at 10:30am by the time I finished my blood work it was 11:10am.

My appt was for 2:30 I got there at 2:15 went back to the examination rooming about 7 min. I sat in that room for over an hour waiting to see the Dr. I'm not happy about that at all.
