I found it difficult to get a timely appointment over the years. And when I've called in with serious pain, I've not been able to get in within a week or so of my call and subsequently went to an urgent care clinic.

Appointment was at 10:30, arrived at 10:05, was taken back on time at 10:30. We didn't see Dr. Nguyen until almost 11:45 and because of this my wife couldn't have her blood drawn in their on sight lab (lab tech was at lunch). We as the Patient were inconvenienced and sent to the imaging center for blood work.
