My experience was excellent. The blood pressure shown in the summary is incorrect. Dr Bowles took my pressure a third time and it was significantly lower than the 154/79. Unfortunately I don't remember what it was.

Dr Bowles is an excellent physician and I have recommended him on social media platforms. His staff is easy to work with and professional. The only concern I have is the inability to get an appointment with him directly if I happen to get sick between scheduled appointments. I prefer to not have to see a PA, Nurse, etc as I have a number of health issues that multiple doctors are treating me for. I question Wellstar's policies/procedures in this matter as I have experienced this with several doctors.

Front desk staff member was incompetent- put my name down in the system wrong despite handing her a photo ID to use. Now all my lab results are under an incorrect name, they were not billed correctly, etc.

He looks at my chart like before he used to look at me trying to figure out who I was, but without saying it. But it seemed like he remembered me a little bit more, but I'm not sure because I'm sure if you have a bunch of patients and you have one that comes, or you have a couple that only come from physicals, then, but he did say that he knows that I only come from my physical.
