It is very hard to get into any appointment within 60 days, especially as a new patient or even as a follow-up. I've been very disappointed, even with WellSTAR's multiple locations and multiple doctors online. We couldn't get in very efficiently. I will give the front desk, the nursing, and the doctor staff points for being very congenial and friendly when we got there. Just not the most on time, I guess that's standard for doctors, and wasn't a holistic care provided for a teenager's changes. Didn't get a lot of alternate types of suggestions that kept us from using medicines immediately.

I took my kids to dr Bowles when they were younger and through school. I always liked him. But this is the first time I've seen him. I have huge distrust of doctors from my past. He made me feel at ease. He spent time to listen to why I was there and addressed my issues. Truly great bedside manner!

Dr. Bowles was extremely patient with my child, who was scared and anxious. Overall, it was an excellent experience. He's the best doctor a mom could ask for; his composure during my son's meltdown was calming, caring, and attentive. I also want to thank Penny; she did an amazing job giving my screaming child his shots.
