Everyone did their jobs...were very nice and polite. With that said do not send me a bill. Healthcare is the only thing you pay for and do not get refunded if it fails. I paid my co pay they were not able to get clogged wax out of my ear so it was pretty much 50 dollars for trying. I will go to ENT which I debated prior to urgent care.

From the time that I stepped in, the facility, the front desk was exceptional. They were patient. They listened. You got me back in the back really fast. The nurse that attended to us, she was very patient as well, very understanding, just very helpful with any and every question that I had and so was Dr. Tosha. I just love that facility, that urgent care. It's the best one in town. And I just thank you.

The whole staff was just great. Very kind, professional, attentive, and concerned about the patents helth and finding out what the cause of the illness is. No getting you in, getting you out with some antibiotics and sending the patient on their way. They explained what they were testing for and what the procedure would be for testing. They explained what was found, how to treat it, and what to expect afterwards. They took the time to explain questions and made sure that you understood any concerns. When i left, i felt better just from the care i received from ever member of the staff. Thank y'all.

The wait on dr to come in was long. No other patient as I know of. When I got ready to leave. I was sent a text to say your prescription has been sent in have a good Day. No one to escort you out.

I waited a long time to be seen, and then waited a much longer time while they tried to figure out how to get my radiographs posted. I never saw the radiographs in my chart and they were never reviewed by the radiologist.

My appointment was at 8:20, I arrived at 8:20 and I still waited for about 10 minutes, and when I entered the office I waited another 10 minutes and in the end I left around 10:20, it felt like too long there

I did not have a good experience at all I took my 22 month old in bc she was having difficulty breathing and high fever. To begin with they didn't even check her temp until I asked them to. Then said it was 97 which I knew was incorrect we were then transferred to the ED where they checked her temp and it was 103. I told the urgent care staff she had a fever the whole day but they still didn't check her temp until I spoke up for her.
