I waited a long time to be seen, and then waited a much longer time while they tried to figure out how to get my radiographs posted. I never saw the radiographs in my chart and they were never reviewed by the radiologist.

I did not have a good experience at all I took my 22 month old in bc she was having difficulty breathing and high fever. To begin with they didn't even check her temp until I asked them to. Then said it was 97 which I knew was incorrect we were then transferred to the ED where they checked her temp and it was 103. I told the urgent care staff she had a fever the whole day but they still didn't check her temp until I spoke up for her.

I would have just liked the nurse practitioner to have been in the room just a little bit longer. I realized that there are other patients, but there was that. And then also the technician that came and did my EKG. I don't think that they let the artifacts fully render off of my EKG. And so it ended up showing that there were things wrong on my EKG that made me worry. And then another EKG was done in the ED and it turns out everything was normal. So that just would have been less stress off of me.

It was very easy to get online and get an appointment and call up. I did emphasize that I had a co-pay and I had my insurance. They did get me in there, but I still wanted x-rays. I'm going to the pain clinic and they're doing nothing. I had to physically be brought there to be able to walk. But when the girl that came in to give me my shots, it was extremely nice. It was not the doctor and the shots were placed in the middle of my buttocks and instead of the muscle to help me with my back. Nobody's called for a follow-up. They were very nice. They did give me two injections. I'll be honest, the steroid, I never even felt it. I would like the x-rays done, but they were clean, nice, got you in and out of it.
