There were only 3 people at the office needed to be seen, and I was still there for almost 2 hours. The wait time was unacceptable.

Check in and information review was quick as all my info was already in My Chart as most of my care providers are WellStar providers! Intake Nurse and FNP listened attentively, recommended care options, and flllowed through with xrays and tests as needed, and I was given a steroid injection for my hip/back pain! Test results came later after leaving through My Chart! I left feeling good about my care and was much better following day due to steroid injection and other recommended treatment!

Everyone did their jobs...were very nice and polite. With that said do not send me a bill. Healthcare is the only thing you pay for and do not get refunded if it fails. I paid my co pay they were not able to get clogged wax out of my ear so it was pretty much 50 dollars for trying. I will go to ENT which I debated prior to urgent care.

The whole staff was just great. Very kind, professional, attentive, and concerned about the patents helth and finding out what the cause of the illness is. No getting you in, getting you out with some antibiotics and sending the patient on their way. They explained what they were testing for and what the procedure would be for testing. They explained what was found, how to treat it, and what to expect afterwards. They took the time to explain questions and made sure that you understood any concerns. When i left, i felt better just from the care i received from ever member of the staff. Thank y'all.

I waited a long time to be seen, and then waited a much longer time while they tried to figure out how to get my radiographs posted. I never saw the radiographs in my chart and they were never reviewed by the radiologist.
