This was my 1st time here but I absolutely loved the ladies at the front. They were happy and even helped me talk through my travel plans. They even wished me an early birthday when I was leaving. I'm absolutely terrible with names but everyone was helpful and friendly from the front, to the team member who brought me back and the NP. Great job ladies!!

Yes, the wait time was very good. The service was very good. However, I was told if I didn't feel any better to call. I did call and no one returned my call today. So I'm going to wait one more day to see if I get a return call. So far, everything was excellent. I just need a return call.

I think not placing other patients on speaker phone when patients are in the room would be a good start. I could hear their issues, results, and whole care plan. The provider I seen was nice but never stepped close to even look at my hand. She just peeked across the room and said she didn't think it was broken but we could do a cray of I wanted. I told her that it was necessary then I was done not to do one. She said no we will get one. That was it. The nurse was very nice that checked me on. The PA was just OK.

Ashley, the receptionist was so friendly and professional..she had empathy for my pain. Tiana the nurse was thorough and very professional as well as kind. The NP, Ms. Tasha Ammi did not exhibit a good bedside manner..she was professional for the most part.
