The provider Tonya Pepper showed no compassion and was judgemental. I had to request a urinalysis. I asked for an x-ray which was what my primary doc had recommended for my issue, she refused. Instead told me to go to the emergency room. When i told her that i dont think we would be able to go she was rude. She ended our visit with walking out. She didn't even say goodbye. The next person who came in was the medical assistant with discharge papers. I left and went straight to Piedmont Urgent Care. They were kind and compassionate. They performed my xray and found the issue and resolved my problem without needing to go to the ER. I would never go back to your office.

And that translated to the doctor coming in being very knowledgeable and ordering tests. And then along the way I took another shot administered by another young lady. So all the women there were very attentive, very nice, very patient.
