The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The surgeon was a nice guy, but wasn't very personable. And I explained to him that I have been having these issues since the year of 2024, yet he documented that I've only been having these issues for a few months. I feel that I had enough test and blood work to establish gallbladder issues and to set up surgery. He, however, wanted me to have an additional testing. So I don't necessarily agree with that, but I do trust that hopefully after this additional testing, he can get me took care of because I've been in a lot of pain and I just feel like maybe I wasn't took as serious as I should have been.

Felt very dismissed with health concerns. I was called by this practice after getting a referral from my primary for this appointment. I asked if this was to get imaging done, and I was told it was the consultation to figure out what imaging I needed done. I arrived and the nurse asked why I hadn't had imaging done yet. After the doctor who seemed already over it for the day tried to tell me I'm bleeding from my naval simply because I do not clean it properly- which is not true. Even if it were, I'd expect some sort of recommendation for checking other avenues to make sure.
