I did not inform any of the office staff while making my appointment that I had trauma from an assault and SANE exam because I thought I would be able to keep my composure. (This was my first gyn appointment since/ever) But I was crying before Dr. Butler even came in the room, and she was so kind and understanding. I'm very grateful for her patience and care. Everyone in the office was so kind. Check in and checkout both told me welcome to the office, and the phlebotomist was also so sweet. I hope that this reaches everyone I interacted with, thank you for making a very daunting and difficult day feel ok for me!

Overall the appointment was fine. But if I had a life threatening concern...this is not the doctor I would recommend.
