The facility is excellent and always well maintained. The staff that greet you at the main entrance as well as the lobby entrance of the doctor's office are extremely helpful and kind. Dr. Butler is always willing to listen, share important information, and is well-versed in a variety of things. She puts you at ease and provides you lots of information and is very competent. I trust her with my health care.

Dr. Butler is very quick and efficient with her patients. I never have to wait long. Although, she still takes time to answer questions and address concerns. The signage to find the office is minimal. It is easy to get turned around and confused. I also hate to have to pay for parking after a 30 minute appointment. Validating parking for quick visits would be much appreciated!

This was my first appointment after being with another practice for 40+ years. My doctor retired so I decided to find a new practice closer to home. At the front office desk, Angela went out of her way to address my insurance issues and found a solution. She was friendly and made me feel valued. Dr. Butler was efficient but I didn't feel I was being rushed. I left reassured that I had made a good choice.

Honestly, I don't think a doctor can properly evaluate and examine a patient in 15 minutes. Everything is rushed and disorganized. The doctor doesn't bother to truly assess the patient's concerns, address their problems, and resolve them.

I did not inform any of the office staff while making my appointment that I had trauma from an assault and SANE exam because I thought I would be able to keep my composure. (This was my first gyn appointment since/ever) But I was crying before Dr. Butler even came in the room, and she was so kind and understanding. I'm very grateful for her patience and care. Everyone in the office was so kind. Check in and checkout both told me welcome to the office, and the phlebotomist was also so sweet. I hope that this reaches everyone I interacted with, thank you for making a very daunting and difficult day feel ok for me!
