I am not happy that I had to wait an additional week or so for an appointment because I am on Medicare. I am also not happy that I thought I would be getting a thorough gynecological exam. No one ever asked me when was my last gynecological exam. I did not get a breast exam nor did I think I had to ask for one. And I am unsure whether or not a Pap smear was done and I don't think I should have to ask for that either.

The provider I seen was just rushing didn't let me know what she thought was wrong by looking like the other provider I went to, left the door wide open while I was still on the table undressed, did not ask me any medical question to make sure I could take any medicine she would provide me.

And I was expecting it to take like half an hour, but it did not even take like 15 minutes for the checkup. Everything was fantastic. I really appreciate and thank to everyone for their services. This was the absolute best doctor visit experience I've ever had. Everything was like a well oiled machine. The lady that checked me in was so kind and helpful. The nurse (Andrea) was personable, relatable, and thorough. The lady that checked me out was fantastic. But most of all, the doctor (Timberly) was so knowledgeable, explained things on terms I would understand, was happy and welcoming, and took time to really listen. I really appreciate every bit of this experience.
