Wellstar always made me felt important especially with this being so personal to me it was hard to start seeking help but doc Tiffany made me felt so comfortable the staff is always nice at the offices , glad to be apart of Wellstar and glad I am getting the help I need for my mental health

Upon entry there was No one there until 5 minutes later they showed with coffee. I started the paperwork didn't complete because i was ushered in for pre check then moved into a staging area and called in. Paperwork was not finished until after I was seen. Interviewed by an assistant with the Dr listening only to give final commentary. Advised they would not prescribe what works for me only a one size fits all approach. I feel it was more about their training and belief system.

Dr. Gartrell is exactly what I need - she's down to earth and does very well bringing me down with her. I have anxiety about among other things the political situation and she gave me a very effective mantra to bring me back to now. It's only my second appointment with her and I feel completely comfortable with her.
